We request 24 hour notice of Cancellation/Postponement.  If a cancellation or postponement is made any later, $50 will be charged.

Our office is located in Stouffville, so with that being said, we only service areas as far as Bowmanville in the East, Newmarket up North, Milton in the West and Downtown Toronto in the South! 

Lindsay, London, Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Innisfil and Barrie will have a Travel Charge of $50.00 upwards.

For locations such as Lindsay, London, Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Innisfil and Barrie, there will be a Travel Charge of $50.00 upwards.

You can only book in a shoot a minimum of 24 hours prior to your request date and time to allow for us to charge up our gear and get to your property.

Please be mindful to the longterm weather conditions when selecting a package with Drone.  We cannot fly the drone safely in High Winds, Rain and/or Snow.  If a Drone Package is selected and the weather turns for the worst, you will be refunded the Drone Fee. 

DJI is very strict about where we can and cannot fly.  If the property is in a No Fly Zone, we will be notified the day of when attempting to take off.  You will be refunded the drone fee if unable to fly.

Head over to the "Book Us" tab and select a package you would like.  Once you have selected that, choose a date that is available on the calendar that will pop up.

Typically we get your photos over to you the same day by the evening/night.  For Videos, 24 hour from when we shot the property.

Head over to the "Contact Us" page and send us a message.  We will create a package for you that you can order from.

We prefer you book and pay online.  We have a long list of Realtors that use our services regularly, having one place to collect funds is more simplified and easy to track than multiple avenues.  Sending reminders for payments becomes cumbersome.  We hope you understand.  If you are new to us and have any doubts in our craftsmanship or services, please check out our Portfolio Tab and read our reviews on our website or Google for your piece of mind.
